SPARK

Spark is a beginning. A signal. An energy that wants to be shared.

Not every spark becomes a fire. But it’s where the heat begins.
It’s the idea that wakes you up. The message that lights someone else up.
The moment a collaborator says, “Wait—me too.”
Spark is playful and purposeful.
It’s ignition and ideation. Not just inspiration, but momentum.

This month, we ask:

What’s trying to ignite—and who might catch the spark with you?

A Few Questions to Reflect On:

What’s lighting you up lately—especially in your work or ideas?

When was the last time you passed that spark to someone else?

Where are you feeling the possibility of shared momentum?

A Practice to Spark Collaborative Energy:

Let this be a month of shared ideation and ignition:

  • DM or text a peer with: “I’ve got a spark of an idea. Want to jam for 20 minutes?”

  • Post one idea you’re exploring, and ask: “Who’s curious about this too?”

  • Invite someone into a tiny co-build: a resource swap, a shared draft, a mini brainstorm.

  • Share your own “spark source”—what’s been fueling you lately?

  • When we treat ideas like firewood, we burn out.
When we treat them like campfires, others can gather and contribute.Sparks multiply in company.

When we treat ideas like firewood, we burn out.
When we treat them like campfires, others can gather and contribute.

That’s often where the real energy begins.

A Question for You:

What spark are you holding—and who do you want to offer it to?

Hit reply and tell me. Or tag a collaborator who’s sparked something new in you lately.

Let’s build what wants to catch.
