SHINE

Shine isn’t just about being seen—it’s about seeing and being seen in good company.

It’s the glow that emerges when we honor what’s bright in ourselves and in each other.

One person shining is a moment.

A group of people shining together? That’s a signal. A movement. A constellation.

You don’t have to light the whole sky.

Just show up with your part of the pattern—and recognize the light around you.

This month, we ask:

Where are you letting yourself be seen—and who are you reflecting back?

Questions to Reflect on and Share:

  • What part of your work or leadership is starting to shine more clearly?

  • When do you feel most visible—not just to others, but to yourself?

  • Who do you know that’s glowing quietly right now—and needs to be seen?

A Practice for Collective Radiance:

Try one of these shine-sharing experiments:

  • Ask a peer: “What do you see in me that I might be underestimating?”

  • Share one insight, offering, or piece of work that feels like you showing up—even if it’s not polished.

  • Celebrate someone whose light helps guide yours.

  • Start a 3-person “constellation circle”: reflect back one strength you see in each other.

When we shine with others, we become visible as a pattern, not just as points of light.

A Question for You:

Where are you shining right now—and who’s shining with you?

Hit reply and tell me. Or share this with somone whose brilliance has helped you see your own more clearly.

Let’s be luminous—together.
