FLOW
Flow is what happens when your genius meets the right moment—and the right people.
You’ve probably felt it:
That sense of “this is working.”
Not because you're pushing—but because the current is carrying you.
Flow doesn’t mean solo.
In fact, it gets stronger in community.
When someone picks up your idea and runs with it.
When your steady rhythm supports their bold leap.
When you move together, farther than you could alone.
This month, we’re asking:
Where is flow moving in your work—and who else is in that current with you?
📣 A Question for You:
You’re reading In Practice—co:lab’s monthly rhythm of clarity, curiosity, and community in motion.
Pass this on to someone whose rhythm is helping carry something meaningful this season.
What if ease isn’t a luxury—but a signal?
In work, in connection, in collaboration—flow often begins not where we try harder, but where we listen better.
To flow is to move with what's already working. To ease into alignment instead of forcing direction. To notice where the energy already lives—and go there.
Flow doesn’t mean frictionless. But it does mean trusting that momentum builds when we’re in tune with our capacity, our collaborators, and our call.
This month, we ask:
What does ease look like for you right now?
A Few Questions to Reflect On:
What parts of your work feel most in flow right now?
Who helps you stay in motion—not through pressure, but partnership?
Where might you stop paddling alone—and join a stronger current?Where in your work or relationships are things feeling easy, energizing, or alive?
A Practice to Try This Month:
Let flow lead. Pick one idea that feels easy and energizing.
Identify a recent moment of flow. Who was part of it? Thank them—and ask what felt energizing for them.
Start a “current check” with a peer: Where’s your energy moving this month?
Design a collaborative day with someone: no ask, just aligned movement
Flow is where connection meets momentum. The current’s already moving. Let’s catch it—together.

A Question for You:
Where are you flowing—and who’s flowing with you?
Reply and tell me. Or tag a collaborator who helps you move more freely.
When we acknowledge ease, we help it ripple.

Forward this to someone who’s finding their flow, or reply and let me know where the energy is moving for you.
