SHINE

This month, we step into the light—together.

Not for applause. Not for performance. But to be seen in our brilliance—and reflect it back to the people around us.

Because the truth is, we shine brighter in community.
When we’re witnessed. Celebrated. Collaborated with.
When someone says: “That thing you do? It matters. Keep doing it.”

This isn’t about being the loudest. It’s about letting what’s strong and true be visible.
And helping others do the same.

This month, we ask:
Where are you being called to shine—and who do you want to bring with you?

A Few Questions to Reflect On:

What strengths are you ready to own more boldly

Where are you holding back your brilliance out of habit or humility?

Who shines in a way that inspires you—and how can you let them know?

A Practice to Try:

Let this be a month of visible, shared brilliance. Try one of these:

  • Say out loud (or in writing): “Here’s where I shine.”

  • Shout out a peer who’s showing up in their strengths

  • Reach out to someone and say: “I think your work lights people up. Let’s talk.”

The more we name our brilliance, the more we create space for others to shine, too.

From the Community Garden:

“The turning point for me was when someone said, ‘I don’t think you realize how much light you bring.’ It stuck. It changed how I show up.”

A Question for You:

Where do you shine—and who do you want to shine with?

Hit reply and tell me. Or reach out to a peer and say, “I see something bright in you.”

Let’s glow, together.

Forward this to someone who’s glowing right now. Or take this as your reminder: the world needs your light.
